Grimas blood capsules are vegetable gelatin capsules filled with red powder that forms blood when mixed with saliva. Store the capsule in your mouth (it melts slowly) and bite into it when the blood effect is desired. Saliva production is automatically stimulated due to the added citric acid, this gives an effect of slightly frothy clear blood.

The blood capsules are delivered in a box with 10 pieces.
